    1. You will earn commission each time a user downloads any one of your images.

  • Contributor’s Earnings
    For every image sold, Stockmoments™ will receive 30% of the image price as administrative charge. The remaining 70% will be received by Contributors as Contributor’s earnings.

    General

    1. What is "My Lightboxes”?

      1. "My Lightboxes" allows you to bookmark a photo that you like for easy reference in the future.
      2. To view a photo that you have bookmarked, go to "My Lightboxes”, click on the Lightbox that you have stored the bookmarked photo in, and look for your bookmarked photo.


    2. Someone has misused an image from Stockmoments™. What should I do?

      Do let us know through the Contact Us page or email us at info@stockmoments.com. Please include the ID of the image that has been misused and where and how has the image been misused. We will contact you as soon as possible and investigate this matter.

    1. How do I upload my images?

      1. From your account page, click on "Add New Media” located on the left of the screen.
      2. Upload your image using the batch uploader pop-up.
        Batch Uploader:
        1. There are 2 types of batch uploaders: Java Based or HTML5/Flash Based.
        2. To change your preferred batch uploader, go to the "Edit Account” page. Under "Preferences”, click on "[EDIT]” and change your preferred batch uploader.
      3. Add details for your image, click on "SAVE”, and you’re done!


    2. How do I submit a model or property release?

      1. After your images have been successfully uploaded, look for the image that you want to attach your model release to in "My Media” page.
      2. Click on the edit icon located at the bottom of the image thumbnail.
      3. Under the "Details” tab, check the respective boxes for model or property release and click on the respective "Upload File” buttons to submit your model or property release.
      4. Click on "SAVE”, and you’re done!


    3. I just uploaded my image. Why can’t I see it in the Gallery?

      1. After you have uploaded your image, the status of the image will be shown as "Pending Approval” in the "My Media” page.
      2. When the image has been approved by our Stockmoments™ administrators, it will be shown in the Gallery. The status of the image will also no longer show "Pending Approval”.


    4. How do I edit or delete my images?

      1. From your account page, click on "My Media” located on the left of the screen.
      2. Look for the image that you want to edit or delete.
      3. Click on the respective icons located at the bottom of each image to edit or delete.


    5. How do I know if my images have been sold?

      1. From your account page, click on "View Sales” located on the left of the screen.
      2. Details of successful sales will be shown, including the commission that you will receive and whether you have been paid.


    6. How do I get paid?

      1. From your account page, click on "View Sales” located on the left of the screen.
      2. Details of successful sales will be shown, including the commission that you will receive and whether you have been paid.
      3. Click on "Request for Payment” located at the bottom of the page and a notification will be sent to our Stockmoments™ administrators and yourself through email.
      4. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you as soon as possible.
      5. Upon the receipt of the invoice, check to ensure that all information and billing details on the invoice is accurate, making the necessary changes if needed.
      6. Reply our email to acknowledge that the invoice is accurate. If changes had been made, please also attach the revised invoice in the reply.
      7. We will process the payment as soon as possible once your invoice is received.

    7. I saw an image that I like, can I download it using my contributor account?

      Yes! Just the image add to cart and checkout your images!
